CURRICULUM VITAE - CATALÀ

"Being proactive" means taking responsibility for your life and actions rather than blaming others or circumstances for your outcomes. It’s about recognizing that you have the ability to choose your responses and influence your future.

PERSONAL CASE

Imagine that you have a teacher in a computer cycle who doesn’t explain the lessons well, doesn’t deliver corrections on time or doesn’t offer help when important questions arise about the tasks. This lack of support is affecting your performance and that of your colleagues.

It is the fault of the teacher who does not understand the subject.

Stay with your colleagues without looking for solutions.

It is the fault of the teacher who does not understand the subject.

Search for additional resources such as tutorials on YouTube, forums (such as Stack Overflow), or technical documentation.

HABIT 4 : Think win-win

A Win-Win situation occurs when all parties involved benefit from a decision or action.

MY WIN-WIN CLASSIFICATION

I once helped a client set up a self-hosted mail server using Postfix, Dovecot, and MariaDB. The client needed a reliable and cost-effective email solution, and I wanted to improve my server administration skills.

Client’s Win: They got a fully functional, secure, and customized email system without expensive third-party services.

My Win: I enhanced my technical expertise, added a valuable project to my portfolio, and strengthened my professional reputation.

This experience reinforced the Win-Win mindset, showing that collaboration and problem-solving can benefit everyone involved.

HABIT 5 : SEEK FIRST to Understand, Then to Be Understood

Some of the Empathic phrases are related to my MISSION STATEMENT

INNOVATIVE

BE PROGRESSIVE

Create solutions that solve real problems.

I'M HERE

HABIT 6 : SYNERGize

A while back, I was working in a group on a school project. Each of us was doing his or her own individual work—one was able to unearth information, the other was good at writing, and I was better able to organize things and present them. But because we were not really working together as a group, the project had a disconnected and disorganized look to it.

The end result turned out so much better than what either of us could've done on our own. It was the perfect example of synergy—where the collaboration and the coming together of our respective skills created something so much better and superior to what we could've produced on our own. It was a success for both of us!

We then realized that we could combine our skills together. The research person dug up the facts, the writer put the facts together in nice flowing sentences, and I worked on making the project look good and practicing presenting it. Once we started to work together and bounce ideas off one another, it clicked.
